Plan-Do-Study-Act

The Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle creates an opportunity for programs to learn and continue to learn through their lifetime. The PDSA has three reflection questions to prepare the cycle. These questions are beneficial for the initial planning phase and reevaluation during the reflection of organizational progress. Here are a few helpful resources to get you started:

In the planning part of the PDSA cycle, define the objective, identify the problem to test or define the data to be collected. It is crucial to identify the problems, and reflect on the opportunity for improvement. Following the steps in a PDSA cycle allows programs to create and document change with step-by-step instructions.
